The opportunity

The gap we are filling

Millions of people track their habits, mood and health across four or five disconnected apps. None of them answer the real question: why?

Q.buzz connects the dots. It surfaces the patterns memory misses: between sleep and productivity, stress and symptoms, behaviour and outcomes. One private platform, no data sold, no guesswork.

We’re building at the intersection of four fast-growing markets: AI life coaching, wearable tech, wellness platforms, and digital journaling. Our approach is further distinguished by a privacy-first architecture that gives users full control over their data and privacy.

Timing

Why now

Generative AI has made the companion credible. Health platform APIs are now standardised (HealthKit, Health Connect). And 68% of users distrust Big Tech with their health data — creating a structural moat for companies that built privacy in from day one.

We’re a lean, AI-first team shipping with spec-driven development. Small team. High velocity. Defensible dataHealth platform APIs are finally standardised, so a single app can read sleep, movement and heart rate without asking people to log any of it twice.

At the same time, trust has moved to the centre of the category. People are increasingly unwilling to hand personal health data to whoever offers the shiniest dashboard, which creates a structural advantage for anyone who built privacy in from day one.

We are a small team shipping quickly, with a defensible position on the one thing this category cannot fake.

The product

What we have built

Q.buzz is live on iPhone and Android phones and watches. People write their own questions, answer them in a few taps, and the app joins the dots across everything they record.

There is no fixed list of what you may track, and nothing that punishes a missed day. That is what keeps people logging past the first weeks, which is where almost every tracker loses its audience.

Where it goes

The road ahead

Deeper pattern work, a summary people can take to an appointment, and integrations with the apps and wearables they already use.

The long-term position is simple: the one place a person keeps the record of their own life, and the only one they would trust with it.

Built by people who use it every day
