Your data

Download it, export it, or delete it — a check-in at a time or all of it at once. Here is where each of those lives in the app.

Download your data

To download everything we know about you, open your Profile page, scroll to the bottom, and select “Download my personal data.”

Export check-in responses

Coming soon

This feature should be added in the next few weeks. You'll be able to export your responses to a live Google Sheet, which updates when new responses come it. You'll also be able to output them to a CSV file.

Delete your account

To delete your account, open your Profile page, scroll to the bottom, and select “Delete my account.”

If your record is synced to the cloud, you have 30 days to sign back in and restore it. After that it is deleted. Copies held in our hosting provider’s backups clear within a further 30 days.
